Cover Supervisor

Location: Southwark, London
Pay: 100-150 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Supply / Flexible Work

We are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis across secondary schools in Southwark. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work within education while gaining valuable classroom experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment

• Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable

• Knowledge of behaviour management strategies is preferred

• Drama graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, as well as candidates from performance or youth engagement backgrounds

• Confident communication and classroom presence

• Professional, adaptable, and dependable

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• Right to work in the UK

• Availability to work on a flexible, supply basis
