Tradewind are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to work with diverse secondary schools in Wandsworth starting in September 2025.This role is perfect for anyone aspiring to build a career in education and seeking to gain hands-on experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects.
- Maintain student engagement and discipline, promoting positive behaviour.
- Support students in their learning and development, preparing them for academic success.
What Tradewind are Looking For:
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a top UK university, preferably in a core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science).
- Strong classroom presence and excellent communication abilities.
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
