This prestigious regulatory body based in central London is looking to recruit a CPD Administrator to support current and future registrants with the administrative processes key to their professional development.

Key Responsibilities of the CPD Administrator Role:

  • Respond to queries and provide tailored advice via phone, email and post; ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Process applications to register with the organisation.
  • Maintain regular contact with registered members throughout their registration with the organisation.
  • Coordinate interviews to assess the applications of prospective members.
  • Act as contact for casework regarding the investigation of complaints regarding registration.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programmes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous administration and customer service experience.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

Salary and Additional Details:

  • £33,000 per annum.
  • Full-time, permanent role.
  • Based in central London, with provision to work from home for part of the week.
  • Strong package of benefits, including 29 days’ annual leave.
