Direct Sales & Marketing Representative
Location: Dalston, London (office-based meetings with field-based campaigns)
Job Type: Full-time equivalent (4–5 days per week, Monday–Saturday)

Our client, a well-established and fast-growing sales and marketing organisation based in Dalston, is expanding their team and is looking for motivated individuals to support their continued success.
Specialising in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, the company connects well-known clients with new customers by representing their products and services directly. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates, career starters, or individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales.
No previous experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Proactively approach potential customers to promote and sell products and services on behalf of clients
- Skill Development: Apply techniques learned through training and coaching with experienced sales professionals
- Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service to ensure positive and professional interactions
- Sales Recording: Accurately record all sales to ensure correct commission payments
- Feedback & Insight: Share feedback on sales locations and venues to support campaign improvement
- Team Engagement: Attend meetings at the Dalston office to receive business updates, client information, and engage with company culture
- Mentorship & Growth: As you progress, support new team members and contribute to business planning and strategy
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking in English
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new sales and customer service skills
- Professional appearance, maintaining a smart and formal dress code, including appropriate footwear
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse, or direct marketing
