Job Description

My client is currently seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join a growing team delivering CRM solutions for a variety of clients. You will work closely with technical leads and stakeholders to understand business requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee successful system implementations using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.

Role & Responsibilities

Analyse client business processes and identify how D365 CE can add value
Collaborate with senior developers and technical leads to plan and deliver CRM implementations
Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients throughout project delivery
Support project communication and ensure adherence to best practices
Manage Dynamics 365 CE solutions including configuration and performance tuning
Assist in teh design of system architecture and integration

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) configuration, customisation and extension
Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools 9Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Experience with SQL Server and SSRS, including FetchXML
Solid background in .NET Framework (v4.5+) and Web API/WCF
Familiarity with web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON
Strong C# skills and understanding OOP principles
