About the Role

Join a dynamic Service Excellence team undergoing a transformative journey to make Dynamics 365 the central platform for all operations. As the Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will drive the strategy, implementation, and integration of Dynamics 365, ensuring it delivers a seamless, AI-enhanced colleague interface. This is a pivotal role to shape the future of business processes in a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of Dynamics 365, focusing on architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Drive the migration of Power Apps and Power Automate into Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows.
  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines and support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Leverage AI tools for sentiment analysis, call transcriptions, and customer data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize processes, including customer onboarding and third-party integrations.
  • Mentor colleagues and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Microsoft accreditations (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and its integration with Dynamics 365.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a finance organization, with knowledge of financial processes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation strategies, such as Microsoft CoPilot or large language models.
  • Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate, particularly in migration and integration.
