We're working with a highly sought-after residential development in Mayfair to find a confident and service-driven Day Concierge to become the welcoming face of the building. If you pride yourself on your professionalism and love delivering exceptional service, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impression in a premium setting.

As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors during the day, you'll play a central role in the smooth running of the development-handling front-of-house duties, supporting daily operations, and upholding the highest standards of presentation, service, and safety.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome residents and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and a can-do attitude
Be the go-to person for resident queries, bookings, and day-to-day support
Manage access control, verify visitors, and operate CCTV systems when required
Handle deliveries, parcels, and key management promptly and accurately
Report maintenance issues through the correct channels in a timely manner
Monitor health & safety standards and support any necessary emergency protocols
Maintain immaculate front-of-house standards, ensuring the environment reflects the development's premium quality

Experience in a day concierge role
A composed, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong awareness of building operations, security, and safety practices
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and remain attentive throughout the day
Self-motivated, punctual, and confident in managing responsibilities independently
