This fabulously successful and dynamic organisation is looking for a proactive and switched on Assistant to support three Directors, responisible for marketing and communications, sustainability and asset management.

You should be very comfortable with heavy diary management as your Directors are hugely busy, but you will also enjoy getting involved in organising events, setting up meetings, document production, invoicing and coordinating bi-monthly board papers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working at Director level, likely to have been gained from within a property/professional services background, and you should have had exposure to board meetings along with some experience of event planning. Our client treats their staff fantastically well and your calmness, superb prioritising skills as well as your passion and energy will be hugely valued and rewarded. You should be a true team player and really enjoy throwing yourself into your work, asking questions and using your brain to work smartly and effectively. The role will be hybrid (4 days a week in the office and 1 from home) and they would ideally like to find someone who could start immediately.
