We are a 30 bedroom lifestyle hotel with three busy restaurants and private dining facilities. As a small hotel, this role is very hands on and overseeing a small team of around 12 employees.
You will have experience in a similar style hotel and be very people focused. You must have attention to detail and be willing to support and lead the team from the front.
In return, we offer a great working environment. meals on duty. 28 days leave (vacation, public holidays, sick) & full health care. We do not provide accommodation although we can provide a hotel room for the first two month free of charge.
Package: $60,000 Basic plus $20,000 accommodation allowance per year. This is paid monthly in Bermudian Dollar which is 1:1 with USD. Mostly Tax Free
This job requires a Work Visa that's paid for by Rosedon but will take circa 12 weeks to obtain. You will need a clear criminal reference for the work permit.
