We are working with a leading international engineering and design consultancy that is seeking a Director of Sustainability to establish, shape, and grow a brand-new sustainability division. This role will see you at the forefront of driving sustainable strategies across major building and infrastructure projects spanning the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

As Director, you will be responsible for leveraging an existing and well-established client base, helping to embed a strong sustainability offering across the business, whilst simultaneously bringing in new clients and projects. You will build and develop your own team within the first year, setting the foundation for long-term growth and creating a market-leading capability in this space.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be expected to demonstrate strong work-winning experience, client relationship skills, and the ability to operate at both strategic and delivery level. You'll take ownership of building a sustainable pipeline, managing and growing your team, and ensuring commercial performance.

If successful, you will progress toward Regional Director level with full P&L responsibility, giving you the platform to lead the division with autonomy and vision.
