Tiger are excited to be partnering with a Medicinal Retail Brand in their search for a E-Commerce Admin Assistant!Role: Admin AssistantSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annumLocation: West LondonWhen: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:30 / 1 day WFH What you'll do:
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring swift delivery
  • Handling orders/stock from in-house website, Amazon and other platforms as and when required
  • Liaising with the UK warehouse
  • Customer service including responding to customer queries; mainly orders, tracking and product queries/advice
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, working alongside our marketing team, monitoring and contributing to content, including social media
  • Updating websites and helping create new product listings
  • Providing support to sales team; mainly data and product information
  • Keeping things well organised and structured, providing reports on a weekly basis. Organising data in a clear system easily accessible for all departments
  • PA duties to Founder 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
What you need:
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Previous experience with Amazon platforms
  • Strong literacy and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Forward thinking individual
