A nurturing and inclusive early years setting in central London is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time position running Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

The Role

You will be working as part of a supportive team, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2–5. Your responsibilities will include:• Supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality early years provision• Assisting with assessments, observations, and learning journals• Promoting children's personal, social, and emotional development• Working in partnership with parents and carers to support each child's individual needs• Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning space

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)• Experience working in an early years setting• A good understanding of the EYFS Framework• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
