To succeed in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will:
- Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
- Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or be enrolled in a childcare-related course.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.
- Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Show a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
- Implement innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements:
All applicants must have:
