We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner with a level 2 or 3 diploma in early years or higher.
The position is in a friendly nursery that offers plenty of opportunities for career progression.
The starting salary ranges from £26,000 to £33,000 per annum, and is negotiable, along with paid holidays and excellent training opportunities.
Key responsibilities include planning and implementing learning activities, observing children's progress, and collaborating with parents.
Candidates should have experience in early years education and a passion for fostering children's development through play-based learning.

Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner with a level 2 or 3 diploma in early years or above.

This is for a friendly, fun nursery with lots of opportunities for progression.

Starting salary: £26,000pa- £33,000pa (Negotiable) + excellent further training and career progression opportunities, paid holidays.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing creative and learning activities for children in line with early years foundation stages (EYFS) and different areas of learning
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and milestones
- Playing games with children and supervising play, going on trips to places of interest such as Nature walks or theatre.
