Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner with a level 2 or 3 diploma in early years or above.

This is for a friendly, fun nursery with lots of opportunities for progression.

Starting salary: £26,000pa- £33,000pa (Negotiable) + excellent further training and career progression opportunities, paid holidays.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing creative and learning activities for children in line with early years foundation stages (EYFS) and different areas of learning
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and milestones
- Playing games with children and supervising play, going on trips to places of interest such as Nature walks or theatre.
