Early Years Practitioner

Reeson Education is recruiting a passionate and reliable Early Years Practitioner to work in a thriving early years environment in Enfield. This full-time position is perfect for a qualified Early Years Practitioner who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and is committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children.

This role offers the chance to work across well-established nurseries and nursery classes within schools across Enfield, supporting children through creative play and structured learning experiences.

• Pay: 13.69-15.87 per hour (based on experience and qualification)

• Location: Enfield (Edmonton, Southgate, and Winchmore Hill)

• Start Date: Immediate

• Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Contract: Long-term with potential for permanent placement

• Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

• Promote independence, creativity, and confidence in every child

• Ensure the safety, welfare, and emotional well-being of all children

• Collaborate with staff and parents to maintain a high standard of care

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is required

• Experience working in a nursery or early years classroom

• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding standards

• A patient, nurturing, and energetic approach to working with children

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
