£12.50-£13.50ph

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a dedicated team in Hornchurch. If you are passionate about childcare and committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Promote a safe and secure environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding guidelines
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to planning, assessment, and the overall development of the setting
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Previous experience in an early years setting (desirable)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
Willingness to undertake further training and continuous professional development (CPD)
