Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality workshops across a range of "award winning" Early Years programmes.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
- Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related discipline.
- Extensive industry experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting (ideally as a manager)
- Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAA, A1) is essential for this role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
