Electrical Shift Lead - Central London
Lead a technical team at a key static site in Central London.
Role: Electrical Shift Lead
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + Overtime
Shift: 4 on 4 off days and nights
Location: Central London (Static)
Your Role:
- Lead a team of engineers on shift
- Oversee and execute both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
- Ensure H&S and critical site compliance.
- Manage electrical faults and ensure site reliability.
- Organise shift activities, manage permits to work, and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- 18th edition
- HV Exposure desired
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance (critical environment preferred).
- Leadership/supervisory experience.
