Electrical Shift Lead - Central London

Lead a technical team at a key static site in Central London.

Role: Electrical Shift Lead

Salary: 57,000 - 60,000 + overtime

Shift: Continental shift pattern

Location: Central London (Static)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Mentor: Lead shift activities and provide hands-on leadership to your shift partner.

  • Maintenance Delivery: Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to the highest standard.

  • Site Criticality: Champion Health & Safety protocols and ensure strict site compliance.

  • Technical Problem Solving: Manage electrical fault-finding and maintain site reliability.

  • Operational Control: Oversee permits to work and ensure all logbooks and compliance documentation are audit-ready.

About You:

  • Qualified: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) and 18th Edition.

  • Experienced: Proven background in electrical maintenance (Critical Environment experience is a plus).

  • Leader: Previous experience supervising a team or leading projects.
