EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager - Tech - Up to 80K - 3 days in office

I am working with a leading Technology company who are starting to build an EMEA Payroll function working into HR with one direct report and elements of operational and strategic elements of payroll. The successful candidate will be focusing on growing the EMEA Payroll function, working alongside other functions to ensure compliant and accurate processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Working closely with Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payrolls

-Looking at current processes and seeing how can be improved and streamlined

-Collaborate with wider functions to manage payroll data and compliance reporting

-Build relationships with payroll providers ensuring all changes and data is accurate

-Liaising with external partners around audits and tax queries

-Strong EMEA Payroll background ideal

-Previous experience of expanding a function ideal
