What you’ll do:

 

Bring your ESG expertise to:

 

  • Drive Social Value Impact – Lead initiatives that directly benefit communities and enhance project outcomes.
  • Champion ESG Delivery – Implement and track ESG activities across sites, ensuring all commitments are measurable and met.
  • Enhance Client Engagement – Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align ESG strategy with client expectations.
  • Elevate Work Winning – Contribute to compelling bid content, showcasing the business’s ESG strengths in tenders.
  • Deliver Insightful Reporting – Analyse ESG data and produce engaging reports that demonstrate performance and impact.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Experience in ESG, sustainability or CSR, ideally with a construction or infrastructure focus
  • In-depth understanding of social value and ESG reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills

 

Additional Requirements:

 

  • Full UK driver’s license
  • A genuine enthusiasm for ESG and a collaborative mindset
