- Be a key point of contact for our sponsors, responding promptly to enquiries
- Coordinate all hospitality requirements for sponsors across the week, including the collation of dietary requirements, guest numbers and menu preferences, ensuring the accurate relay of all information to internal teams
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Partnerships team, including raising purchase orders and invoices, booking meeting rooms and updating internal schedules to accurately reflect information
- Assist in the organisation of sponsor tours and facilitation of special requests, liaising with internal departments to keep them informed
- Requirement to work Monday – Sunday on week of event during the day time (13th – 19th October) and all event nights – 15 – 19th October.
- Provide operational and logistical support during sponsor receptions to ensure smooth delivery and a high-quality guest experience
- Greeting guests and act as a key point of contact for sponsors on event days.
- Managing ticketing on event nights
- Being a day to day contact for all Sponsor requests.
- Collect and consolidate post-event data to capture key statistics and outcomes from the week
- Assist with the production of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, summarising event performance and highlighting key numbers and deliverables
- Coordinate deliveries of product and points of sale
