Elkins Construction is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their family-run team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in first fix repairs and maintenance, particularly in Social Housing.
Candidates must be competent in carpentry, plumbing, and wet trades, and hold a full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points.
The position offers a competitive salary package, along with a company van, phone, 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays), and a pension.
The job is located in Kent/Southeast London and surrounding areas, and applicants must note that no agencies are accepted.

An exciting opportunity to join our Team. Elkins Construction is a family run Main Contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trade Operative.

The ideal candidate will have experience in first fix repairs and maintenance and competent in providing carpentry, plumbing and wet trades

The candidate must hold a with a full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points

Ideally will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including planned and reactive maintenance in Social Housing and hold a relevant NVQ.

Ideal location Kent/Southeast Londonand the surrounding areas.
