We are ideally looking for an F&B Supervisor who:- Has previous experience in a high-profile, fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, destination bar, or private members' club.
- Has strong cigar knowledge, with the ability to guide guests through our exclusive collection.
- Is an excellent team player with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Possesses a warm and welcoming personality, with high standards of professionalism and a drive to provide a memorable experience to each and every guest of The Wellesley.
- Has a hands-on approach and the ability to supervise and motivate a team while ensuring seamless service.
- A salary of up to £38K per year, including service charge, plus tips.
- 40 hours per week (breaks excluded) on a 5-day rota.
