An innovative and highly dynamic cloud based legal technology and services company are currently actively seeking a bright, capable and motivated Document Services Coordinator candidate for a 12-month contract.

This role will work on a weekly rota basis, the late shift week will work fully remotely and the rest of the time the role is hybrid with a 3/2 working pattern:

9.30-6pm 10.30am-7pm 11.30am-8pm (late shift)

The core duties will include:

• Working as a team alongside our existing Document Services Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of transcript production function to ensure that all hearing transcripts are produced and delivered swiftly and to a high standard.

• Master use of the platform and other industry specific software.

• Production of High Court judgments and rulings.

• Management of audio recordings and chopping the same where appropriate for electronic synchronisation with transcripts.

• Completing amendments to transcripts, including errata returns, in an accurate and timely manner.

• Liaising closely with the Case Management, Solution Operations and Technical Delivery teams.

• Corresponding with solicitors, barristers, Judicial clerks and court reporting teams circulating transcripts and providing ad hoc support.

This role will compliment a candidate who has the following attributes and skills:

  • Has experience of working within a process driven environment
  • Self-motivated, a confident communicator
  • Tech savvy - tech software knowledge is an advantage
