Fire Stopper

A leader in the provision of fire protection services is looking for experienced fire stoppers to join their team. You will be working on domestic projects, carrying out new installations of and remediation works to fire resistant materials the work will cover multiple areas with a large housing association.

The successful candidate will have:

At least two years’ fire stopping experience

NVQ level 2 passive fire protection

Valid CSCS card

Experience with batt and mastic, fire barrier and compound

Fire curtain experience desired but not essential

Surveying experience would be an advantage

Experience working on social housing FRA contracts

Full time, permanent employment with a reputable contractor within the passive fire protection industry

£36,000 - £38,000 per year, based on a 40hr working week

Company vehicle, fuel card and phone

Training and support to become a fully accredited passive fire installer to FIRAS standards
