Job Title:                                  Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out

Salary:                                     £65,000 + Package

O’Neill and Brennan have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor specialising in high-quality commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London. This role will be based on site working on a prestigious Cat B office fit out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project delivery to the highest standard of quality, safety, and efficiency
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades on-site
• Monitor project timelines and ensure works are completed on schedule
• Maintain strong health & safety compliance and site cleanliness
• Liaise with the project management team, client representatives, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Conduct regular progress meetings and produce site reports
• Ensure that all fit out works are executed in line with technical drawings, specifications, and client expectations

The successful Fit Out Manager will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the UK commercial fit-out sector
• Demonstrated history of delivering both Cat A and Cat B office fit out projects
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
