We are looking for someone that is ready to step up into a Floor Manager role, part of a well renowned group in London, that operates late night venues, with delicious soul food, excellent ambience and boozy cocktails.

The service is casual, however, attention to detail is a must!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be fully operational on the floor, ensuring service goes smoothly, assisting with opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead the FOH team throughout the service, mentor, motivate and coach them.
  • Guest Obsessed - create relationships with guests and making sure they leave with a smile on their faces.
  • Work well with the kitchen, bar and management team to improve and maintain good service standards.

So what are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role, high volume and late-night finishes.
  • Have an eye for detail, being on top of service procedures, including allergens and steps of service.
  • Love and passion for the industry with a string motivation to grow within the group.

Expectations and benefits:

  • £38,000 to £42,000 p/y
