Fluent Mandarin Speaker - Customer Sales Advisor
Central London (Hybrid) | 14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
Long-Term Temporary Position
Hours - 9.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work may be required in peak times however time will be given back during the week.)
We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the property sector, based in the heart of Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Mandarin speaker to join a dynamic, fast-growing team as a Customer Sales Advisor.
The Role
In this hybrid role, you'll begin with in-office training in Central London. Once trained, you'll work remotely most of the week, with just two days in the office. All necessary equipment will be provided.
You will:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone and email
Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
Update internal systems and ensure documentation accuracy
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Proven customer service and/or sales experience
A confident, professional telephone manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
