Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and multi-skilled engineer to join a high-profile foot mobile team covering premium residential and commercial sites across the West End. This is a client-facing role where your technical expertise and communication skills will shine as you move between locations delivering top-tier building services support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites on foot
  • Work on HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and general building services systems
  • Deliver a professional and courteous service to clients and residents
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and site protocols
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
  • Experience in high-end environments with both residential and commercial exposure
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites on foot
