We are recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to maintain a small portfolio of six commercial office buildings; all located within walking distance in Farringdon.
This is a stable, client-facing role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in professional office environments.
Package
- 44,000 per annum
- Travel card (Zones 1 & 2) or cash equivalent
- Overtime available
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Description
- Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
- Attend and resolve reactive maintenance issues
- Maintain building services to a high standard
- Work directly with clients and site occupants
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
- Mechanical or Electrical qualification
- Comfortable working in client-facing environments
- Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
