About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the clinic.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Operate the Point-Of-Sale and booking system, including end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Provide a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience for all patients.
  • Manage appointment bookings and keep patients informed of any schedule changes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and email.
  • Oversee general stock management.
  • Drive sales by offering excellent patient consultations and sharing product knowledge.
  • Maintain the clinic's overall cleanliness and presentation.
