Functional Skills Tutor Requirements:
* Teaching Qualifications - minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and hold a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.
* Experience teaching Functional skills in English and Mathematics.
* Excellent time management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with students of all backgrounds.
* Creative approach to teaching
* Passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to inclusive education
