Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable gardener to join our team working on housing estates in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey. You will be working alongside a small team (3-4 staff members) carrying out a variety of horticultural tasks including grass cutting, weeding, and shrub work. You will be responsible for using a range of gardening tools and equipment, and your day will start and finish in SE15.

Requirements:

Essential:
Full UK clean driving licence (must be able to drive a 3.5-ton van)
Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening (including grass cutting and shrub work) within parks or housing estates
Desirable:
BE Licence (Trailer experience)
NVQ in Horticulture
Skills & Qualifications:
Good knowledge and experience with gardening tools (strimmers, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and hand tools)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
