About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established AV and security solutions provider, who delivers high-quality Security, Networking, Home Automation, and Maintenance services across London and the Home Counties. They are looking for a motivated and driven Automatic Gate Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a "can-do" attitude, a desire to learn, and ambition to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, and maintenance of automatic gates
Use gate force testing equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
Interact professionally with clients and maintain excellent service standards
Manage your time effectively and take ownership of assigned tasks
Work collaboratively with the team to develop innovative solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience working with automatic gates
Automatic gate safety certification (DHF, Gate Safe, or equivalent)
Competence using gate force testing equipment
valid driving licence (essential)
Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work well in a team
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Desirable Skills (not essential but a bonus):
Knowledge of CCTV systems, intercoms, and access control
Welding and fabrication experience
