Were firing up something special in East London a bold, produce-led surf & turf brasserie celebrating the very best of seasonal British ingredients with an American edge. Think wood-fired steaks, wild fish, organic native breeds, and a drinks list built around sharp cocktails and natural wines, all served in a stylish, laid-back setting with genuine warmth and flair.

Were now looking for a hands-on, commercially astute General Manager to lead the opening and make this place sing from day one.

About the role:

Youll be working alongside a Michelin-starred chef, combining serious culinary clout with modern brasserie energy. Were talking about a confident, guest-focused dining experience that feels as good as it tastes high standards without the stiffness.

As Opening General Manager- youll be:

  • Leading the daily operation across both service and back office

  • Hiring, mentoring and managing a FOH team of 10+ with energy and intent

  • Building a positive team culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and care

  • Working closely with the kitchen on sourcing, seasonality, and sustainability

  • Managing rotas, stock, training and budgets with confidence and structure

  • Representing the venue and setting the tone warm, sharp and in control
