An outstanding Graduate Trainee opportunity has arisen within a young, boutique Bridging lender based near Mayfair

Main role responsibilities:

  • Support BDMs in all aspects of new business origination.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with brokers.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator reports in Excel.
  • Send indicative terms to brokers or borrowers on behalf of BDMs or management.
  • Schedule and participate in face-to-face meetings with brokers alongside BDMs.
  • Assist in organising and participating in networking events.
  • Update and manage marketing materials.
  • Enhance and manage social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Update ALCADRA (CRM system), ensuring accurate records of contacts and notes from meetings or calls.
  • Update records of pipeline and rejected deals.
  • Conduct market research related to property finance, identifying market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and provide assistance as needed.

Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Committed to providing first class customer service.
  • Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office incl Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Evidence and commitment to professional development
