Your responsibilities will include:* Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.* Supporting students in their learning, both in and out of the classroom.* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.* Providing one-to-one and small group support to students who need additional help.* Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events.This role is ideal for graduates who are considering applying for teacher training programmes such as PGCE or Schools Direct.
