Our client, an educational leading specialist in group travel, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Groups and Sales Operations Executive to join their dynamic team in London. As a Groups and Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the sales operations for our client's group travel business. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance sales performance, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Analysing sales data and generating insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Implementing and optimising sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
