The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences across our client's premium properties in London.
From pre-arrival arrangements to post- departure follow-ups, you'll manage all aspects of guest stays, delivering operational excellence and high standards of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a skilled and charismatic guest-centric person who has experience in high-end and luxury accommodation provision. We need a highly motivated and dedicated professional who can work to achieve a 5-star guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the guest stay experience, ensuring all elements of the guests journey including communications and operational delivery meet Veeve’s high standards.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Guest Journey Management: Own the guest journey, handling communication from booking to post-stay follow-ups, the ideal candidate will have exceptional focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Daily Operations: Schedule and supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth 5-star guest experience.
- Logistical Management: Manage end-to-end logistical operations, including cleaning, linens, and check-ins/outs.
- Issue Resolution: Handle in-house issues promptly, coordinating maintenance services for swift resolution.
- Resource Planning: leading resource planning to meet demand efficiently including cleaning, linen, and maintenance oversight.
- Administrative Supervision: Supervise administrative tasks and maintain supplier relationships.
- Feedback Handling: Act on guest feedback and requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Customer Service: Deliver consistently exceptional levels of customer service, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and issues.
- Operational Reports: Assist in developing operational reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities, as well as identifying opportunities for service upselling.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
