You will need to carry out the following duties:
- To ensure the effective contract management of the two estate services contracts for cleaning and grounds maintenance
- Hold regular monthly contract performance meetings and monitor against SLA agreements and KPI requirements.
- Line manager a team of contract monitoring officers overseeing the estates cleaning and grounds maintenance contract
- Lead a team who are responsible for investigating and responding to enquiries and complaints, liaising with residents to address their concerns as well as checking and improving the flow of complaints from a customer perspective
- Ensure the team are carrying out on inspections and identifying and suggesting improvements
- Managing and analysing data to improve contract performance and generate informative management reports
- Working with stakeholders to resolve problems impacting on current and future service delivery e.g. regeneration projects
