The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experiencedHead CheforSenior Sous Chefready to step into a leadership role.
  • Strong background inseafood cookeryand a solid understanding ofMediterranean or modern European cuisine.
  • A natural leader with proven success in managing, training, and inspiring kitchen teams.
  • Passionate about ingredient quality, sustainability, and refined presentation.
  • Financially astute confident in managing GPs, ordering, stock, rotas, and compliance.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with precision, consistency, and care.
  • Design and evolve a produce-led, seasonal menu with a seafood focus.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance are always met.
  • Cultivate a positive and professional team environment, focused on growth and retention.
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement of top-quality ingredients.
