The Ideal Candidate:
- An experiencedHead CheforSenior Sous Chefready to step into a leadership role.
- Strong background inseafood cookeryand a solid understanding ofMediterranean or modern European cuisine.
- A natural leader with proven success in managing, training, and inspiring kitchen teams.
- Passionate about ingredient quality, sustainability, and refined presentation.
- Financially astute confident in managing GPs, ordering, stock, rotas, and compliance.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with precision, consistency, and care.
- Design and evolve a produce-led, seasonal menu with a seafood focus.
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance are always met.
- Cultivate a positive and professional team environment, focused on growth and retention.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement of top-quality ingredients.
