Overview:
Salt is seeking an experienced Head of Brand for a newly created role with one of our established clients within the burgeoning online marketplace industry.
This role sits within the Marketing function and collaborates across PR, social, content and external agencies. This role is a crucial hire for the business as you will play a pivotal role to drive the brand forward to grow memberships and community.
Ideally you will come from a similar business that develops co-branded campaigns and have experience across end to end brand and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
·Take ownership for development multi-channel marketing strategies for seasonal promotions
·Manage the content created on both the landing pages and product experience for the brand positioning
·Lead on initiatives for seasonal promotions and partner launches and activations
·Align with the wider marketing teams to seamlessly integrate campaign messages across the channels
·Own the data using analytics and A/B testing to refine the initiatives for stronger outcomes
Experience & Skills:
·Significant experience in brand and campaign with a strong track record of growing and sustaining active communities.
·Excellent communication and project management skills.
·Strong creative skills to craft a story and compelling narratives
·Data driven mindset to track and optimise campaign performance
·Having experience with co-branded marketing and loyalty programs would be really beneficial
