Head of Capital

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Head of Capital Modelling to join a forward-thinking organisation. This high-impact leadership role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of models, managing a high-performing team of ten, and driving strategic decision-making across the business.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and key departments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future while benefiting from a collaborative and empowering environment that values innovation, work-life balance, and professional growth.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of capital modelling experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering impactful insights that influence business success. Igloo experience and a deep understanding of Lloyd's of London regulatory processes are desirable.
