THE COMPANY
This company is a leading global, privately owned media group known for its diverse portfolio of iconic. With operations spanning publishing, audio, and out-of-home advertising, the company employs over 12,000 people worldwide and delivers more than 200 magazine titles and 100 digital products.
THE ROLE
You'll support across three key areas: Digital engagement, Inventory and competitions. Your teams will analyse audience behaviour - who they are, how they engage, how often, and whether we're reaching them with the right content and campaigns. You'll also help shape the future of on-air and digital contests by identifying the right target audiences and uncovering insights to improve reach and effectiveness. The third team will be looking at how is best to price advertising space and understand cost points.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- You must come from a media agency/background
- You must have experience leading data science and analytics teams
- You will need to have experience being a strategic, 'hand-off' leader, preferably for team sizes larger than 8
