My client is seeking a Head of International Sales to lead an EMEA team across distributors, direct retail supply, SPA and amenities.

Description
- Lead and manage the international sales team to meet and exceed set targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across retail, distributors, SPA and amenities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance metrics
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained across all sales channels
Profile
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within skincare or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Adept at operating in a fast-paced, international business environment
- Able to be in Central London 3 days a week
