My client is seeking a Head of International Sales to lead an EMEA team across distributors, direct retail supply, SPA and amenities.

Client Details

Our client is a medium-sized business within the skincare market. Their brand is a leading brand within the UK, and they are continuing to expand internationally across multiple channels.

Description

  • Lead and manage the international sales team to meet and exceed set targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across retail, distributors, SPA and amenities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance metrics
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained across all sales channels

Profile

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within skincare or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of omnichannel sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Adept at operating in a fast-paced, international business environment
  • Able to be in Central London 3 days a week
