Head of Marketing & Communications 

Full time, 1.0FTE, Permanent 

Salary Grade 8 is £61,356– £68,364 per annum including London Weighting. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, a leading arts university with a dynamic community, located in Swiss Cottage (3-4 days p/w office based). As the Head of Marketing & Communications in the department of Engagement & Enterprise, you will lead and promote the work of the institution to internal and external stakeholders. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who is accomplished at conveying stories, curating and sharing content and who is able to inform and inspire in equal measure to engage our audiences. 

You will develop and articulate the school brand story utilising the full communications mix, through the effective use of internal and external communications, press and public relations, social media, marketing and print publications. You will be expected to be a creative thinker with an ability to turn ideas into reality, using a range of engaging plans to reach our audiences 

This is a senior role, designed to work closely with the directorate and to enhance strategic and operational plans, aligned to School-wide vision.
