Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Head of Transformation to join their senior leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this strategic role will oversee a portfolio of high-profile, enterprise-wide change initiatives across multiple business areas and functions.
What you'll do:
- Drive the successful delivery of large-scale, complex change programmes.
- Build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders across business and technology.
- Lead the design and execution of a 3-year transformation roadmap.
- Provide direction, oversight and challenge to project and programme teams.
- Manage risks, benefits, and dependencies while fostering a culture of innovation.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Strong track record of delivering complex and difficult transformation initiatives within investment management.
- Ability to think outside the box with a quizzical, solution-focused mindset.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across varied business areas.
- A humble but confident leadership style, open to growth and development.
- Demonstrated success as a transformation leader in your current or recent role.
- Deep understanding of change management in fast-paced, evolving organisations.
