This elegant restaurant will showcase omakase-style tasting menus, seasonal premium ingredients, and contemporary Japanese aesthetics.

Position:Head Sushi Chef

Location:Saudi Arabia

Package:SAR 22,933/month (approx. £4,670 per month)

(Breakdown: Basic SAR 16,000 + Housing SAR 5,333 + Transport SAR 1,600)

The ideal candidate:

• Formal training in Japanese cuisine, with a focus on sushi mastery
• Experience in high-end or Michelin-starred establishments
• Fluent in Japanese and/or English
• Willing and able to relocate to Saudi Arabia
• Passionate about Japanese culinary arts and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Open to preparing Halal cuisine
